When your catching, bring the ball to your chest and bend your legs, hopefully you should catch them out.

When your bowling always keep your head up and let go of the ball at one 12 o’clock NOT 1 o’clock.
If your batting and someone bowls a straight ball at you dont try to slog it put your front foot forward and block it instead of smashing it because you’ll get bowled out

i ( etp ) find it very hard to keep my arm straight when i bowl. HS top tip bend your left left arm and look at the stumps but your left arm has to be beside them when you bowl.

My tip is to focus on the stumps when you are bowling in a game, then if you hit the stumps your opponent is out.

My tip is throw underarm towards the stump which is furthest away from the batter. That always helps me!
