Thank you to all of you who counted and counted the different rectangles and triangles for last week’s task. The trick with both was to use more than one rectangle/triangle to make a larger one. This meant that there were well over 50 triangles and a similar large number for the rectangles. Those of you who suggested that you needed a ruler to establish which rectangles were actually squares, were also correct. Remember a rectangle has 4 sides, with two pairs of parallel matching sides.
As requested this week’s Home Learning task is for another 100 Word Challenge. This week’s prompt is:…the noise was SO loud… which I think gives you scope for some fantastic writing. As usual the home learning is due in for Thursday; but if you want to be entered onto the 100WC blog, then you will have to complete it by Tuesday.
