We’re looking at shapes over the next week or two.  I’d like you to be on the lookout for 2D shapes in and around your homes. Produce a poster, photographs or PowerPoint to show what shapes you have found and where they are used. For example, where might you find triangles, oblongs, hexagons? Which shapes are symmetrical? Which are the rarest types of shape?  Which are most common?  If you need some assistance on the different shapes have a look at a few of the links on the blogroll, i’ve added a few to give you some help.
