100 WC Week 14 – Scarlett

Dear Diary,

It’s the worst day in the world! Today Grandma came over and said she was staying for the WHOLE of the Christmas holidays! She’s not actually my Grandma at all just an old friend of my real Grandma, she’s in Australia though. But we have to call her Grandma because she says so. Nobody likes her. She has black eyes and long tangly hair drooping over her face and when she pushes it back to see properly. Grandma reveals a revolting nose that’s covered in warts! In 2012 I hope for her to go and live somewhere else i.e. Antarctica!

 

100 WC Week 14 – Amy

It was the 1st of December and Izzy still had not found a special present for her friend Harriet . She also needed to find a present for her big brother Joe and her small brother Sam .
It was a nightmare because Sam nearly wanted EVERYTHING but it was cheap so Izzy was relieved .
But Joe wanted a crasher bumper car which cost £20 ! “Couldn’t Joe choose a cheap toy I wonder”,
Muttered Izzy. But when she looked at the window in W H Smith she saw everything she needed.
There even was the crasher bumper r car ! Izzy bought it all and went home. But on the way home she tripped over a log and one of the bags flew up and crashed down . Izzy picked it up and went home.
On Chistmas eve Joe opened his present first and the crasher bumper car that Izzy had given him was
Broken ! ‘Izzy YOU BROKE IT NOW IN 2012 I HOPE FOR A JET MET PLANE ! screeched Joe. Izzy groaned because it was going to cost £40!
